About our programmes

We offer a variety of programmes designed to support different ages, abilities, and interests:
  • Centre Programme  Weekday sessions for young adults focused on building independence, life skills, and community connections.
  • Adventure Programme For those who love being active and outdoors, this programme includes local outings, challenges, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • After School Programme  An engaging, structured space for school-aged children filled with games, social activities, and creative projects.
  • School Holiday Programme  Centre-based and adventure-based options packed with fun, teamwork, and discovery.

We look at each young person’s individual needs, goals, and support requirements to ensure our programmes are the right fit. This includes reviewing any behavioural, medical, or personal care needs, and confirming that we can provide the right level of staffing and support. Our goal is always to create a safe, inclusive environment where every participant can thrive.

Every participant has unique goals, abilities, and interests. We take the time to understand these through conversations with families, support coordinators, and the young person themselves. From there, our team adapts activities, communication methods, and support levels to suit each individual. This personalised approach helps every participant feel included, engaged, and successful in what they do.

Our team is trained and experienced in supporting participants with a wide range of needs. We maintain high staff-to-participant ratios to ensure everyone receives personalised attention.

Before a participant starts, we work closely with their family and any relevant agencies to understand routines, goals, and care requirements, allowing us to create an individual support plan tailored to them.

Joining Kaleidocare

You can fill out our online application form or contact our team to discuss your young person’s needs. We’ll guide you through every step of the process.
Once we receive your application, we’ll arrange a meeting to learn more about your young person, confirm funding options, and plan a suitable start date.

After acceptance, we work with you and your young person to finalise an individual support plan, discuss routines, and ensure everything is in place for a smooth start.

There is an introductory phase where we help transition and introduce the participant and their carers to our programmes, our booking system, and our dedicated private Facebook group for carers.

Our team stays in close contact throughout this phase to provide guidance and support as they settle into our programmes.

Our friendly team is always happy to help with questions, enrolments, or funding options. For general questions, or to request a walk through of one of our centres please reach out to our team via:
